How it works

The whole loop. You approve. We do the rest.

Eight steps, running every day, whether you're paying attention or not. You show up for the parts that need a human.

01ListenConnect Granola, or post transcripts to your private URL from anything. Connect Slack. Propaganda reads it once and pulls out two things: ideas (objections, questions, weak answers) and candidate facts. A fumbled answer on a sales call is much more a blog post you haven't written yet than it is a fact.
02RememberCandidate facts go to the Guardian, the only thing allowed to change what your company believes. It admits them, marks them contested, or asks the person who owns the topic. It does not care how senior you are.
03Look outsideEvery day: your ten target searches, what AI answers say about you, the news on your topics, and the sites you told us to watch. Your own echo chamber is not a strategy.
04PitchEvery idea gets weighed against your goals. A reason gets it a full pitch: angle, audience, outline, sources. No reason gets it rejected, with an explanation, and parked in case the world changes.
05WriteYou approve. The Writer researches and writes the full draft in your voice. Company facts come from the knowledge base and nowhere else. Outside numbers link their source. No hallucinated "studies show".
06CheckThe Checker reads the draft against its sources and against everything your company believes. Problems show up as comments in the editor, not as an angry email from a customer.
07PublishBlog, newsletter, social, sales collateral. One click, everywhere, same facts.
08Keep it trueA fact changes, every piece that used it gets flagged, with the fix. Your old posts stop promising things nobody is building.

Your part

What you do

Approve the goals once a quarter. Approve or kill pitches. Read drafts, change what you hate. Settle the odd "which one is true?" question.

About an hour a week. The rest happens while you're on calls.

Not your part

What you don't do

Write briefs. Chase the CTO for a quote. Keep a content calendar in a spreadsheet nobody opens. Remember which post gave a feature a name nobody uses. Pretend to enjoy LinkedIn.

Chat

Just ask.

"Pitch me three posts on onboarding." "What changed this week?" "We're launching in November, redo the goals." It knows your content, your goals and your knowledge base, and it can run any part of the loop.

Bring a sales call. We'll show you what's in it.
